Hi, I’m Jheng-Long Lee. I’ve spent over a decade in UX and product design, with a focus on bringing consistency across platforms, building design systems, and leading teams.

Most recently at Converge Smart Vending Machine, an IoT venture, I worked on both the kiosk UI and the back-office CRM、ERP system. I redesigned the workflows so routine tasks like restocking and maintenance could be done faster and with fewer mistakes, which had a big impact on operations. At CarPlus, a MaaS car-rental platform, I led the redesign of the customer journey and booking flows. That project lifted online revenue by 23% and doubled the share of online orders, putting digital and offline on equal footing. I’ve also driven design-system adoption in CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms, cutting down rework and helping engineering ship more predictably.

On the leadership side, I managed a five-person design team—setting up peer reviews, knowledge-sharing, and mentoring—so the team could deliver work that was consistent with both brand standards and business priorities.
